Godless Excursions

The belief, or disbelief, acceptance or negation of god, or science for that matter, is not really one's own thought, but rather it is a response to a specific question one was asked, and was able, or not, to attempt to answer.

- How is it happening, that you do what your religion tells you to do?
- I believe
- I did not ask you why is that you do it, but how is it happening that you do what you do? You see, you have not asked yourself this question very often? Have you? So, tell me how is it happening? Does it have anything to do with the blue sky, or flowing rivers, or birds...
- My god tells me to do it.
- So your god speaks through you?
- Yes, and through everybody.
- So, whatever you say is what god would say?
- Yes.
- So what will you say if I asked you how much is a derivative from two ex square.
- What?
- It is a mathematical question.
- I do not know mathematics
- There must be more than one god then, because the one who speaks through me, knows it.
So there must be at least two gods,
or maybe as many as people,
or none?
